The Security Centre Ltd. (TSCL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Abrahem Ghazarian, who joined TSCL in August 2019, as the successor to long standing CEO, Mr. Stuart Bostock who has handed over management responsibilities after more than 20 years with the company.

According to the Company’s Chairman, Mr. Ian Wight, Mr. Stuart Bostock, who was overseeing the Cayman business, while simultaneously launching and operating a security business venture in the United States, has formally passed over his day-to-day management responsibilities to Mr. Ghazarian – enabling him to focus energies on growing the US-based business.

Mr. Wight expressed his sincere gratitude to Mr. Bostock for his years of service to TSCL. Mr. Bostock joined the company in 2000 as the Operational Manager, quickly advancing to President and CEO in 2002.

During his tenure Mr. Bostock has been instrumental in the growth of the Company by launching new business ventures such as Sat Trak Ltd, Security Centres International Ltd and merging with partner companies including Safeguard Security Services Ltd and Apex Perimeter protection – in order to diversify product services and branch out into the wider Caribbean region.

“Our considerable operations in Cayman, required an extensive search for a leader who could manage and maximize our current customer base, and also drive our continued growth and success, in Cayman and beyond”, said Mr. Wight, “Stuart remains a Director and shareholder in the Security Centre, and we look forward to his continued contribution in that capacity.” 

Mr. Ghazarian is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of private security business experience globally.  Prior to joining TSCL, he held several executive positions including Group Chief Executive Officer, and Regional Managing Director with geographical responsibilities covering South Asia, the Middle East, Africa and North America.

He began his career as a security guard and later joined a leading Bank as a corporate security manager, before moving to the private security sector and spearheading the global expansion and service line diversification programs for leading companies. He is credited with driving significant top and bottom-line growth, creating over a hundred thousand jobs in more than 90 countries and implementing several life-changing corporate social responsibility programs in his career.
